After cleaning and consolidation, we built 3 Power BI dashboards (executive, operations, sales) and produced a detailed PDF report with key insights: negative-margin clients, loss-making transport lines, seasonal trends. During the presentation session, the CEO immediately identified an unprofitable client costing the company €18,000/year.
